Hotels in Feodosiya & Sudak

Feodosia
We offer three hotels in Feodosia.
The Lidia Hotel is the best value and the best location hotel.
The Alyie Parusa (Red Sails) Hotel is more expensive, with the half of the rooms overlooking the sea.
The Podsolnukhi Hotel (Sunflowers) is a nice small hotel. Yet, unlike the Lidia, it is located quite far from the centre and main tourist sights. While Lidia hotel is very convenient for a traveler who might be short of time, Podsolnukhi Hotel is rather a place for one who is looking for the sun and the sea. Yet, it is densely booked from mid June until the end of September.
Suburban hotels:
Travel to Feodosia is either by road or rail. There are direct trains running to Feodosia from Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. It is about two hours by car from Simferopol (airport / train station). It takes about 8-9 hours by car to Odessa. There are the numerous bus services to Feodosia.
Do not miss a chance to stroll along the embankment. Visit Ayvazovsky picture Gallery and many Armenian churches. The fortress erected by the merchants from Genoa is the best in the Crimea from the archeological point of view.

Sudak
Most of Sudak hotels have good location, since the town is small and the distance towards the sea is not long. Most visitors arrive from Ukraine and Russia. Western tourists are rare. English is not widely spoken even at the hotels.
The best value hotel
Hotel Forum. It is centrally located. Some rooms overlook the fortress, the other have a sea view from the upper floors. Luckily the chief receptionist speaks English. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the beach on foot.
