Actually, this is the best value, best location hotel here.
Hotel Ozerny Kray is located in the southern suburb of Pustomyty. It's a nice small hotel of 27 rooms. But the main advantage is the price; a double room is about 25 USD per night (without breakfast).
Travel to Lviv
Night trains connect Lviv to Kiev (Kyiv), Odessa and other major Ukrainian cities. It takes about 24 hours to get to the Crimea by train (train station in Simferopol). Inter city buses are the main transportation in the region. In summer time there is a bus from Lviv to Yalta.
Plane are more active in summer as well.
May to September are the best months to visit Lviv as well as the other central European cities. Lviv is still cheaper than Kyiv, Odessa and Yalta.
