Our clients say about hotel bristol:

Shivind, Scandinavia:
We can recommend hotel Bristol in Yalta. No negative things, and the breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful

Ronald, USA:
Bristol Hotel is a beautiful well-run place. It resembles good London hotels. Location is very convenient; a minute away from the Promenade, next to the harbour. The rooms are tidy and quiet. Staff, food and services were all excellent. Breakfasts are remarkable. There's huge choice and superb quality. I would recommend Bristol Hotel for all travelers.

Irene:
We had a lovely time in Ukraine and particularly in Yalta. I found that the accommodation at the Bristol Hotel were great. I liked the location of the hotel - walking distance to the beach and to the downtown area. The rooms were a good size with a balcony and lovely view of Yalta. The breakfast, which was included, had a good selection of food and beverages. The people working at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. In fact, all of the staff at the hotel was great. While in Yalta we visited Livadia Palace and Swallow's Nest. We took a boat tour to Swallow's Nest, which was a nice way to see Yalta from the sea. What a beautiful country!!! Thank you for all of your help.

Siddharth:
Hotel Bristol was very good - the best hotel we stayed in Ukraine, inlcuding the 4 star we stayed in Kiev. The room was clean, location great, and the staff was very attentive and polite.

Liubov, Ventus Reisen GmbH:
Dear Ihor,
thank you very much for asking about Hotel Bristol.
I have had positive experience. The rooms are simple, but clean and there is everytning, what one needs.
The personal of the hotel was all the time very friendly and obliging. My collegue Mariana told me before, that for example breakfast is very bad in this hotel, but it was actually very good - may be, because of high season. The only one, what I could recommend - tea and coffee pots: there are enough personal and they could bring tea and coffee to the tables and ask the guests, when they are coming in the restaurant room, what they would like to drink. Now the lady at the entry askes only for room number and you have to find tee and cofee for yourself, to make it and to bring them to your table. I know, it is normal for post-soviet countries (in Russia for axample it is the same), but especially our guests are very demanding and I think this tittle could be important too.
What is one of the weaknesses of the hotel too: the entry to the Lobby/reception is not really definite. May be they could need one concierge at the entry of the hotel. There is not enough parking place for bus. There are not many TV programms, the most of are in Ukranian or Russian language, this is also may be a small comment.
The price is not too high, but may be they could think about to include the sauna visit in the room price.
In general the hotel is good.
