Our clients say about hotel massandra:

Gordon:
Massandra hotel: our room was comfortable, and had everything we needed. The price was great too.

Kristina, France:
Hotel Massandra: quiet, close enough to city center, rooms OK, average prices (many hotels are expensive in Yalta), breakfast too expensive if you compare to city

Ari, Finland:
Massandra hotel was very clean. Hotel room was also big enough and balcon was nice. A service in the restaurant in same building was good and they had fast and prompty room service as well. Food was tasty and reasonable priced, local wines as well reasonable priced. We both have positive feeling of hotel and its services...

Barry:
On the whole I would recommend the Massandra Hotel in Yalta and would consider staying there again. What I liked best about the hotel was its location. For me, the location was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the Yalta Intourist beach. The beach was never very crowded. The Massandra hotel is also an easy walk to Yalta center. And it's possible to walk through the park itself to get there. The area is very beautiful and offers a great view of the Black Sea. My girlfriend and I would often walk to Yalta center to shop and then take a taxi back to the hotel. Wine and bread, cheese, and fruit were very reasonably priced at local stores. We got into the habit of eating our breakfast and a late evening meal in our hotel suite.
The suite that we stayed in was comfortable and quiet. And although it was on the first floor, from the porch we had a slight view of the Black Sea. The view is better from the upper floors. The suite itself was spacious and the rooms were interesting, although the decor and furnishings of the rooms were nothing special.
The weakest aspect of the hotel is its service. It took three days to get a light bulb installed in one of the bedroom reading lights. It took three days for our request for extra towels to be honored.

Frank:
Hello Ihor,
I appreciate your help in booking the Massandra hotel for me.
It is a very nice place to stay and I enjoyed the stay very much. The service in the hotel was excellent. It is situated in a beautiful place, close to the city center but in a wooded park which was very nice, it has the best of both worlds quite surroundings, and yet close to all the attraction that Yalta has to offer , the walk to Yalta center is short and downhill, and If like me you are not used to walking uphill taxis are very reasonable priced, It is close to many fine restaurants. The room was excellent and a very good value and had an excellent view of the Black Sea and the mountains. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Yalta. I hope to visit Yalta again and book the Massandra again.
Thanks again for your help.
